My payment method was declined or rejected.

Take a look at our "payment" icons located on the payment screen to see if your form of payment is one of our accepted payment methods. Make sure your billing address and cardholder information matches you card.

I just posted my ad. Why can't I see it?

Your ad must be approved by our internet compliance department for acceptable content. Please allow up to 24 hours for your ad to be processed. In most cases this process only takes minutes during normal business hours. We are open Monday thru Saturday 9am to 9pm and Sundays 12pm to 9pm Eastern Standard Time. Non- Business hour ads submitted for approval will be visible the next calendar day.

When can I expect to receive my high visibility sign?

Your signs will be shipped the next business day. Allow 5 days to receive your 2 high visibility waterproof signs. The signs are shipped via United Postal Service. The signs come with four 8" inch zip ties to attach to your vessel unless you prefer to use high quality non- stick tape. Please email us if you do not receive your signs within 7 calendar days. The signs are shipped to the shipping address you provided us with upon checkout.

I want to change my webpage or update photos and text.

Log in to your account and simply follow the instructions. You can edit your text at any time or replace existing pictures. If you have any issues with this, please email us with a contact number and we will respond immediately. If you prefer to call use our toll-free number located on our homepage or located in the middle of the signs you're received.

My boat sold, I want to stop all the calls and emails I'm still receiving.

Congratulations on selling your vessel! If it has been less than 90 days, please email us to remove and delete your webpage. Please provide your name, log in information, and a phone number where you can be contacted at.
